Inspired by the ancient wisdom of Āyurveda, Wellspring is a deeply restorative treatment designed to release accumulated tension from the shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Combining therapeutic massage, acupressure and the soothing contrast of warm and cool stones, this ritual encourages the nervous system to soften while improving circulation and easing muscular tightness. Your experience begins with a warm herbal foot soak, followed by a gentle anointing of the crown and guided breath to help you settle into stillness. A nurturing hand and foot ritual is woven throughout the treatment, creating a sense of grounding while supporting the body's natural capacity to restore balance. Wellspring is especially beneficial for those experiencing stress, headaches, jaw tension, neck and shoulder tightness, mental fatigue, poor sleep or simply feeling overwhelmed by the pace of everyday life. Many clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, deeply rested and more connected to themselves.
Cancellation Policy
Every Hounsom treatment is thoughtfully prepared before your arrival, with herbs, oils and other ritual elements selected specifically for your session. Thank you for respecting the following policy. Bookings Full payment is required to secure your appointment. All bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will forfeit the full treatment fee due to the personalised preparation undertaken for each session. If you are unwell, please do not attend your appointment. Contact Leonie as soon as possible and, where circumstances allow, every effort will be made to reschedule your booking fairly. Health Information Please complete your confidential pre-treatment form before your appointment and advise Leonie of any changes to your health, including pregnancy, illness, injury, allergies or recent surgery. Treatments may be modified or declined where necessary for your safety. Arrival Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time.
