Bookings

Appointments can be booked online or by contacting Hounsom directly.

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive your booking confirmation. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so we can communicate any important information regarding your appointment.

If you are unsure which treatment is most suitable for your needs, we encourage you to get in touch before booking.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow the full benefit of your treatment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time so that subsequent appointments are not affected. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend without notice, may result in the full treatment fee being charged.

Should Hounsom need to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to offer an alternative appointment as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Treatments and services are non-refundable once they have been provided.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, your consumer rights remain unaffected.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available in both digital and physical formats.

Gift vouchers:

  • are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase

  • are non-refundable

  • cannot be redeemed for cash

  • may be used towards treatments or services offered by Hounsom

  • should be presented at the time of appointment where applicable.

Lost, stolen or expired gift vouchers cannot be replaced or redeemed.

Online Shop

Where physical products or gift vouchers are purchased through the online store:

  • orders will be processed as soon as reasonably possible

  • collection and shipping options will be outlined during checkout

  • please contact Hounsom if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Health & Wellbeing

Your wellbeing is our highest priority.

Please advise Hounsom of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgeries or changes to your health prior to your appointment. This information helps ensure your treatment is appropriate and safely tailored to your individual needs.

Hounsom reserves the right to modify, postpone or decline a treatment where it is considered to be in the best interests of your health and safety.

Treatments provided by Hounsom are intended to support relaxation, wellbeing and restorative care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or replace medical advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

Every effort is made to ensure the information provided on this website is accurate and current. However, Hounsom reserves the right to update services, pricing, treatment information and website content without prior notice.

Intellectual Property
